  • Arrived to the hotel for Xmas, and unfortunately the reviews are true. Very small rooms that are outdated, smell of cigarettes and have multiple stains on the carpet in the room and hallways. There is a indoor pool which is not warm enough to relax in, 2 saunas, no steam room and the jacuzzi is only available to the most expensive rooms (its outside). Dressing gowns only available for the top rooms, this is not a 4 star hotel at all. The food is 4...

  • One of the smallest rooms I've stayed in during 20 years of travelling to the Alps skiing. Very poor from Club Med compared with their beautiful hotel in Val Thorens. Would not recommend to friends and in future will look at chalet stays to avoid the cramp hotel conditions.

  • This was my second trip to Club Med Val d'Isere (I was there in February 2019). The hotel is tired in terms of decoration, but the beds were comfortable and the rooms (although small - as in all ski resorts) were very clean. The food in the restaurant was excellent and...

  • I am a gold member and use club Med for skiing twice every year with big groups and family, so this is in comparison to other great holidays with club Med. Location and atmosphere at club Med Val D,Isère is great, but they have stopped investing so rooms are badly maintained , light fittings hanging by wires and mould on walks. Food in speciality restaurant was inedible, ski school disorganised and short of unstructured, Chef d’ village never seen ( not surprising given the list...

  • The place is run down and the rooms are in pretty bad conditions. The value for the money you pay is pretty bad. The chief of the village should be more present and actively listen to the guests of the resort. The food is good although I've experienced much better selection in other clubmed resorts
