A service that allows your clients to choose the best room location that fits their vacation plans, ahead of their arrival.

Do your clients wish to stay on the ground floor, near the pool or next to the scuba diving center?
With ‘Pick your room’ you are able to guarantee their request. This optional service will give your clients stay that little something extra!

    • Columbus Isle, Bahamas
    • Ixtapa, Mexico*
    • Sandpiper Bay, USA*
    • Marrakech La Palmeraie, Morocco
    • La Palmyre Atlantique, France
    • Cancún Yucatán, Mexico

How do I book my clients with the online process?

‘Pick your room’ online service is available between 45 days prior to your clients’ check-in date (for Platinum & Gold Great Members) or 35 days (Silver & Turquoise Great Members, and new G.M) and 10 days before your clients arrival in the defined resorts, by following steps 1, 2 & 3 below.

Access the interactive map with the booking number of your client. See available rooms and select the room type based on your client preferences.  Contact the Call Center to confirm your client’s request.

The online service is available for the following stays:

Turkoise 7 / 14 / 21 days Saturday / Saturday and Sunday / Sunday
Columbus Isle 7 / 14 / 21 days Tuesday / Tuesday or Thursday / Thursday or Saturday / Saturday
Cancún Yucatán 7 / 14 / 21 days Saturday / Saturday
Marrakech La Palmeraie 7 / 14 / 21 days All days (C3 room category only)
La Palmyre Atlantique 7 / 14 / 21 days Saturday/Saturday and Sunday/Sunday (C4 room category only)

How do I book my clients if they are not eligible to the online process?

You can still access “Pick your room” service if your clients arrive within 10 days in the defined resorts and if they are not eligible to the online process by filling the form available below :*

Important: do not forget to indicate the booking number, the preferred area or exact room number your client wishes to stay at on property.

How much does ‘Pick your room’ cost?

The ‘Pick your room’ service is an additional and optional service, and the price depends on your client’s loyalty status:

  • For Platinum Great Members: complimentary
  • 50% discount for Gold Great Members: CA$ 50
  • 30% discount for Silver Great Members: CA$ 70
  • For Turkoise Great Members & New Clients: CA$ 100



Earn commission when you use the Pick Your Room service for your clients within the 45 – 10 day booking window prior to their vacation departure.
