A new service that will allow your clients to choose the best room location that fits their vacation plans, ahead of their arrival.

Do your clients wish to stay on the ground floor, near the pool or next to the scuba diving center?
With ‘Pick your room’ you will be able to guarantee their request. This optional service will give your clients stay that little something extra!

In which resort is ‘Pick your room’ available?

‘Pick your room’ service is available in the resorts listed below:

  • Turkoise, Turks & Caicos 
  • Ixtapa, Mexico
  • Sandpiper Bay, USA
  • Marrakech La Palmeraie, Morocco
  • La Palmyre Atlantique, France

How do I book my clients?

‘Pick your room’ service is available for any clients traveling in less than 10 days (at D-10, all GMs are eligible). You and your clients can benefit from the service by sending an email to the specific ‘Pick your room’ email address managed by the resort:

Important: do not forget to indicate the booking number, the preferred area or exact room number your client wishes to stay at on property.

How much does ‘Pick your room’ cost?

The ‘Pick your room’ service is an additional and optional service, and the price depends on your client’s loyalty status:

  • For Platinum Great Members: complimentary
  • 50% discount for Gold Great Members: US$ 40
  • 30% discount for Silver Great Members: US$ 60
  • For Turkoise Great Members & New Clients: US$ 80

Travel Advisors can request this service on behalf of their client in advance – as of 45 days prior to their clients check-in date (For Platinum & Gold Members) or 35 to 10 days prior to check-in for eligible GMs*.

(*only for clients traveling from Saturday to Saturday with stays of 7 and 14 days).
