A new service that will allow your clients to choose the best room location that fits their vacation plans, ahead of their arrival.
Do your clients wish to stay on the ground floor, near the pool or next to the scuba diving center?
With ‘Pick your room’ you will be able to guarantee their request. This optional service will give your clients stay that little something extra!
How does it work?

How do I book my clients?
‘Pick your room’ online service is available between 45 and 10 days before your clients arrival in the defined resorts, by following steps 1, 2 & 3 above. You can still access “Pick your room” service if your clients arrive within 10 days in the defined resorts by contacting them directly at the following email addresses:
- Turkoise: email@example.com
- Columbus: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Ixtapa: email@example.com
- Sandpiper Bay: firstname.lastname@example.org
- Marrakech La Palmeraie: email@example.com
- La Palmyre Atlantique: firstname.lastname@example.org
Important: do not forget to indicate the booking number, the preferred area or exact room number your client wishes to stay at on property.
How much does ‘Pick your room’ cost?
The ‘Pick your room’ service is an additional and optional service, and the price depends on your client’s loyalty status:
- For Platinum Great Members: complimentary
- 50% discount for Gold Great Members: US$ 40
- 30% discount for Silver Great Members: US$ 60
- For Turkoise Great Members & New Clients: US$ 80

Travel Advisors can request this service on behalf of their client in advance – as of 45 days prior to their clients check-in date (For Platinum & Gold Members) or 35 to 10 days prior to check-in for eligible GMs*.
*Only for clients traveling with stays of 7 and 14 days on the following departure dates:
